Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iOddy website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Ioddy, of 30 N. Gould St., Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801("iOddy", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

iOddy is a platform that connects users with independent, third-party experts across a range of categories for chat-based guidance and support. iOddy facilitates the connection and the related billing relationship; it does not itself provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or other licensed advice, and does not employ the experts as staff unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide to us is accurate and kept up to date.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@ioddy.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

When you complete a purchase, we create an account for you and email you a link to set your own password before your first login. Keep that link and your password private.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Some plans (currently Basic and Pro) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, and renew automatically at the then-current price for successive periods until cancelled. Other plans (currently Cyber Fraud Prevention) are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for subscription plans. You can view your plan, renewal date, and auto-renewal status, and manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page via the billing portal.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for and will not renew after that. Because our experts' time is committed once a question is answered, we do not provide refunds once the service has been availed (i.e. once an expert has responded to your question).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
  • harass, abuse, or threaten experts or other users, or share content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringing;
  • attempt to bypass, probe, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without our written permission; or
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Expert Guidance Is Not Professional Advice

Experts on iOddy provide general information and guidance based on their own knowledge and experience. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes licensed professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for consulting an appropriately qualified professional. iOddy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any guidance given.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by iOddy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as necessary to use it for its intended purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), Firebase (accounts and data), and Cloudinary (media hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law, with notice where practicable.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iOddy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold iOddy harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Contact Us
